UKCLE LILAC Conference 2009

The papers in this section are revised versions of papers originally delivered at the 2009 UKCLE LILAC Conference. The UKCLE is the subject centre for law of the Higher Education Academy. The Learning in Law Annual Conference (LILAC) has been held each January since 1999 and is UKCLE's key event for legal education researchers. The conference goes from strength to strength, attracting participants from around the world as well as from UK law schools, the professional bodies and vocational training providers.
