LORD JUSTICE DYSON: Mr Bhamjee does not appear this morning but he has apparently communicated with the court in the last few minutes to say that, owing to some misunderstanding, he believed this application to be fixed for 29 June. In those circumstances I clearly cannot deal with the matter this morning. I propose simply to adjourn it for it to be relisted either on 29 June or on some other convenient occasion.
