Mrs Justice Whipple DBE :

ii) That the Defendant has misdirected herself as to the correct approach to credibility; and
iii) That the Defendant has misdirected herself as to the correct approach to expert evidence.
Background
Expert evidence
CG Decision
"Looking at the available evidence in the round of your case, it is considered that while there is some information that supports your account, looking at all the pieces of information cumulatively, the credibility issues outweigh the evidence in support of your account. As such, it is not considered that you have met the required evidentiary standard. Due to the inconsistencies in your account, your credibility has been damaged to the extent that your claim to have been trafficked cannot be believed in applying the standard of proof 'on the balance of probabilities' and is consequently rejected."
The CG Decision summary recorded that it was not accepted that she was a victim of modern slavery.
