Summary:The Senior Investigator varied the Hospital's decision. He found that it was justified in in refusing access, under section 15(1)(a) of the Act, to any further relevant records apart from the records already identified on the ground that no further records exist or can be found. He found that it was justified in refusing access, under section 30(1)(a), to four incident reports. He found that it was justified in refusing access to some, but not all, of the information redacted from the records under section 37(1). He directed the release of certain information relating to the medical professionals who cared for the applicant's mother.
