No. 55/1925:

FISHERIES ACT, 1925 (REGULATIONS) ORDER, 1925.

FISHERIES ACT, 1925 (REGULATIONS) ORDER, 1925.

WHEREAS by virtue of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Commencement) Order, 1925, Part IV of the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), came into operation on the 1st day of September, 1925, and Part III of the said Act came into operation on the 2nd day of November, 1925:

AND WHEREAS by sub-section (1) of section 36 of the Act aforesaid it is enacted that the Minister for Fisheries may by order make regulations in regard to any matter or thing referred to in that Act as prescribed or as being or to be prescribed or prescribed by regaulations made under that Act:

NOW, I, FIONAN O LOINGSIGH, Minister for Fisheries, in exercise of the power conferred on me by the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby make the following regulations, that is to say:—

1.—This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Fisheries Act, 1925 (Regulations) Order, 1925.

2.—In this Order the expression "the Act" means the Fisheries Act, 1925 (No. 32 of 1925).

3.—The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas.

4.—(1) The form of the application mentioned in section 17 of the Act for the issue of a licence under the said section 17 shall be the form shown in Part I of the First Schedule hereto.

(2) The form of the application mentioned in section 17 of the Act for the renewal of a licence under the said section 17 shall be the form shown in Part II of the First Schedule hereto.

5.—The form of the licence mentioned in section 19 of the Act shall be the form shown on the Second Schedule hereto.

6.—The form of the register to be kept under section 22 of the Act by every holder of a licence or renewal of a licence issued under the Act shall be the form shown on the Third Schedule hereto.

PART I.

Application for the issue of a licence for the sale of salmon and trout under Part III of the Fisheries Act, 1925 .
