SEANAD ELECTION EXPENSES ORDER, 1925.

DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH.

THE PREVENTION OF E ECTORAL ABUSES ACT, 1923.

In pursuance of Sections 38 and 42 of the Prevention of Electoral Abuses Act, 1923 , I, the Minister for Local Government and Public Health by this my Order, do hereby prescribe that the return and the declarations respecting election expenses at a Seanad Election referred to in the said Section 38 shall respectively be in the forms prescribed by the Minister for Local Government in his Order dated the 30th day of September, 1923, for the return and declarations respecting election expenses at a Dáil election, with the necessary modifications.

Given under My Seal of Office, this Sixteenth day of November in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-five.
