I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section 3 of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows, that is to say :—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103) is hereby varied as follows, viz. :—

Delete the word "Fourth" in Column 1, and insert in lieu thereof the word "Second."

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 9), and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.
