DISTRICT COURT (NEW AREAS) ORDER, 1927: VARIATION ORDER No. 10.

I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sub-section (3) of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926) and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling do hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. The District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103) is hereby varied as follows, viz.:—

In Part I. of the Schedule, the District Electoral Divisions of :

Addergoole, Carrownagar, Clonbern, Doonbally, Dunmore North, Dunmore South, Milltown, Toberadosh, in the Co. Galway, are to be transferred from the Glenamaddy Court Area and will constitute a separate Court Area, the Court for which will be held at Dunmore on the third Tuesday at 12 noon, in the months of January, March, May, July, September and November.

2. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation Order No. 10) and shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.
