I, JAMES FITZGERALD-KENNEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Sub-section 3 of Section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, do hereby order as follows:—

1. The Schedule to the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Statutory Rules and Orders, 1927, No. 103), is hereby varied as follows:—
