CONTROL OF MANUFACTURES ACT, 1932, (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1933.

Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 (Date of Commencement) Order, 1933, made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce on the 15th day of February, 1933, pursuant to the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of Section 16 of the Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 .

WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 (No. 21 of 1932), that the said Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be fixed for that purpose by order of the Minister for Industry and Commerce:

NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 (No. 21 of 1932), and of all other powers enabling him in this behalf, does hereby order as follows, that is to say:—

1. This Order may be cited for all purposes as the Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 (Date of Commencement) Order, 1933.

2. The Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 (No. 21 of 1932) shall come into operation on the 1st day of March, 1933.
