PERPETUAL FUNDS (REGISTRATION) ACT, 1933 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1935. | ||
THE PERPETUAL FUNDS (REGISTRATION) ACT, 1933 , (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1935, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE ON THE 15TH DAY OF MAY 1935, PURSUANT TO SUB-SECTION (2) OF SECTION 16 of THE PERPETUAL FUNDS (REGISTRATION) ACT, 1933 . | ||
WHEREAS it is enacted by sub-section (2) of Section 16 of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 , that the said Act shall come into operation on such day as shall be fixed for that purpose by an order of the Minister for Industry and Commerce. | ||
NOW, THEREFORE, the Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of Section 16 of the Perpetual Funds (Registration) Act, 1933 , hereby orders that the said Act shall come into operation on the 16th day of May, 1935. | ||
