DISEASES OF ANIMALS ACT, 1894 (EXTENSION TO WARBLE FLY INFESTATION) ORDER, 1936. | ||
ORDER OF THE MINISTER FOR AGRICULTURE. | ||

The Minister for Agriculture, by virtue and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the joint operation of the Agriculture Act, 1931 (No. 8 of 1931), and the Diseases of Animals (Ireland) Acts, 1894 to 1935, and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby orders as follows :— | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals Act, 1894 (Extension to Warble Fly Infestation) Order, 1936. | ||
2. The Interpretation Act, 1923 (No. 46 of 1923), applies to the interpretation of this Order in like manner as it applies to the interpretation of an Act of the Oireachtas. | ||
3. For the purposes of the Diseases of Animals Act, 1894, the meaning of the word " disease " in the said Act shall be and is hereby extended so as to include Warble Fly Infestation. | ||
