AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ACT, 1947 (EXPORT OF SALMON) ORDER, 1947.

AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ACT, 1947 (EXPORT OF SALMON) ORDER, 1947.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :—

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act. 1947 (Export of Salmon) Order, 1947.

2. On and after the 1st day of January, 1948, no person shall export salmon except under and in accordance with a licence issued in that behalf by the Minister for Agriculture under the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947).

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 15th day of December, 1947.
