S.I. No. 339/1948:

CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1948.

CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (EXTENSION OF LAWS) (No. 2) REGULATIONS, 1948.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Health, testified by their Official Seals affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations :--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 2) Regulations, 1948.

2. Articles 20 and 22 of the Infectious Diseases Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 99 of 1948 ), shall apply to the Customs-free Airport.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 21st day of September, 1948.
