I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance and the Minister for Health, testified by their Official Seals affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations :-- |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) (No. 2) Regulations, 1948. |
||
2. Articles 20 and 22 of the Infectious Diseases Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 99 of 1948 ), shall apply to the Customs-free Airport. |
||
