I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Venison) Order, 1949. |
||
|
2. On and after the 18th day of March, 1949, no person shall export venison except under and in accordance with a licence issued in that behalf by the Minister for Agriculture under the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947). |
||
