HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 178 (1) ) (WEXFORD ROADS) (No. 2) ORDER, 1949.

HARBOURS ACT, 1946 (SECTION 178 (1) ) (WEXFORD ROADS) (No. 2) ORDER, 1949.

I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 178 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby, with the consent of the Minister for Local Government, order as follows :--

1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 178 (1) ) (Wexford Roads) (No. 2) Order, 1949.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the first day of April, 1950.

2.--The Wexford Harbour Commissioners shall, on the coming into operation of this Order, cease to maintain the roads described in the Schedule hereto and shown on the map lodged with the Minister for Industry and Commerce to which he has affixed his Official Seal prior to the making of this Order and the council of the county of Wexford shall on and after the coming into operation of this Order, maintain such roads.
