AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ACT, 1947 (EXPORT OF FISH PASTES AND FISH JELLIES) ORDER, 1950. |

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Fish Pastes and Fish Jellies) Order, 1950. |
||
|
2. On and after the 1st day of November, 1950, no person shall export any paste, jelly or other edible preparation containing fish or any part of a fish except under and in accordance with a licence issued in that behalf by the Minister for Agriculture under the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947). |

3. This Order shall not apply to the export of fish oils or animal feeding stuffs, fertilisers or other preparations containing fish or any part of a fish which are not intended for human consumption. |
||
