The Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 45 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby, after consultation with the Dingle Harbour Commissioners, orders as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (Dingle Harbour) Order, 1950. |
||
2. The offices, under the Dingle Harbour Commissioners, of secretary, harbour master and collector of rates are hereby amalgamated under the title of secretary. |
||
3. Any reference in the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), to the secretary of a harbour, a harbour master or a collector of rates, under a harbour authority shall, in relation to the Dingle Harbour Commissioners, be construed as a reference to those offices as affected by Article 2 of this Order. |
||
