S.I. No. 34/1951:

CARRIAGE OF SUGAR BEET ORDER, 1950 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1951.

CARRIAGE OF SUGAR BEET ORDER, 1950 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1951.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 , (No. 22 of 1946) and of every and any other power them in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Sugar Beet Order, 1950 (Revocation) Order, 1951.

2.--(1) The Carriage of Sugar Beet Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 310 of 1950 ) is hereby revoked.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 8th day of February, 1951.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government this 2nd day of February, 1951.
