I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Poultry and Rabbits) Order, 1950 (Temporary Amendment) Order, 1951. |
||
2. In this Order-- |
||
the expression " the Principal Order " means the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Poultry and Rabbits) Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 302 of 1950 ) ; |
||
the expression " the appointed period " means the period beginning on the 7th day of May, 1951, and ending on the 29th day of September, 1951. |
||
3. (1) A person who is the holder of a licence granted before the 7th day of May, 1951, under Article 8 of the Principal Order authorising him to export unskinned rabbits shall not, by virtue of such licence, be entitled to export unskinned rabbits during the appointed period. |
||
(2) A person who is the holder of a licence granted before the 7th day of May, 1951, under Article 8 of the Principal Order authorising him to export skinned rabbits shall not, by virtue of such licence, be entitled to export skinned rabbits during the appointed period. |
||
