		S.I. No. 380/1952: ADOPTION ACT, 1952 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1952.
		ADOPTION ACT, 1952 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1952.
		I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 2 of the Adoption Act, 1952 (No. 25 of 1952), hereby order as follows :--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Adoption Act, 1952 (Commencement) Order, 1952.
		2. The 1st day of January, 1953, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the Adoption Act, 1952 , shall come into operation.
