CONTROL OF MANUFACTURES REGULATIONS, 1932 (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 12 of the Control of Manufactures Act, 1932 (No. 21 of 1932), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These regulations may be cited as the Control of Manufactures Regulations, 1932 (Amendment) Regulations, 1953.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these regulations.

3. The control of Manufactures Regulations, 1932 ( S. R. & O. No. 108 of 1932 ), are hereby amended by the addition to Article 8 of the following paragraph :

" (ix) the prohibition or restriction of the sale in the State of the products of the process authorised by the licence."
