		I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 45 of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), hereby order as follows :--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1948 (Revocation) Order, 1955.
		2. The Harbours Act, 1946 (Section 45) (New Ross Harbour) Order, 1948 (S.I. No. 273 of 1948) is hereby revoked.
		GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 1st day of April, 1955.
