I, JAMES EVERETT, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 47 of the Court Officers Act, 1926 (No. 27 of 1926), and of section 11 of the Court Officers Act, 1945 (No. 25 of 1945), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby order as follows :--

1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the District Court (New Areas) Order, 1927 (Variation No. 164) Order, 1955.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of May, 1955.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937) applies to this Order.

3. The place for holding the District Court for the purposes of cases of summary jurisdiction in the District Court Area of Castlebellingham in the County of Louth shall be Castlebellingham.

4. The days and times for holding the District Courts in the district court areas mentioned in the Schedule hereto are hereby varied by the substitution of the days and times mentioned in that behalf in the said Schedule for those appointed heretofore.

5. Business transacted in the District Court which is initiated before the date on which this Order comes into operation and is not completed before that date shall be continued and completed on the days and at the times mentioned in this Order.
