CITY AND COUNTY MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1955 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1955.

CITY AND COUNTY MANAGEMENT (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1955 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1955.

The Minister for Local Government in pursuance of section 24 of the City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955 (No. 12 of 1955) hereby orders as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955 (Date of Commencement) Order, 1955.

2. The City and County Management (Amendment) Act, 1955 (except section 23 in so far as it relates to the repeal of the Local Government (Dublin) (Temporary) Act, 1948 (No. 15 of 1948), shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1955.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this First day of July, One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-five.
