FACTORIES ACT, 1955 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1956.

FACTORIES ACT, 1955 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1956.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Factories Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Factories Act, 1955 (Commencement) Order, 1956.

2. The Factories Act, 1955 (No. 10 of 1955), shall come into operation on the 1st day of October, 1956.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 3rd day of July, 1956.
