I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agriculture Acts, 1931 to 1955, and the Diseases of Animals Acts, 1894 to 1954, hereby order as follows : |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Swine Fever Infected Area Order. 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1956. |
||
2. The movement of swine into the infected area established by the Swine Fever Infected Area Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 223 of 1956 ), is hereby permitted under licence in writing given by an Inspector of the Minister for Agriculture. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
The effect of this Order is to permit the movement under licence of pigs into the City of Dublin and the Rathdown No. 1 former Rural District (including the Borough of Dun Laoghaire). |
