WHEAT MILLING (GENERAL QUOTA VARIATION) ORDER, 1958.

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce,in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1956 (No. 5 of 1956), and after consultation with the Milling Advisory Committee,hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Wheat Milling (General Quota Variation) Order, 1958.

2. The quotas referred to in subsection (1) of section 3 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals)(Amendment) Act, 1956 (No. 5 of 1956), are hereby reduced by the uniform percentage specified in the Schedule to this Order.

UNIFORM PERCENTAGE.

Five per cent.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order reduces by 5% the quota of every mill which is licensed under the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1956, to engage in the milling of wheat.
