I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Pigs and Bacon (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 14 of 1961), hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Pigs and Bacon (Amendment) Act, 1961 (Commencement of Sections 7, 8, 9 and 31) Order, 1961. |
||
|
2. The 15th day of June, 1961, is hereby fixed as the day on which sections 7 , 8 , 9 and 31 of the Pigs and Bacon (Amendment) Act, 1961 (No. 14 of 1961), shall come into operation. |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE |

This Order brings into operation on 15th June, 1961, certain Sections of the Pigs and Bacon (Amendment) Act, 1961 , for the purpose of reconstituting the membership of the Pigs and Bacon Commission. |
