I, JOHN LYNCH, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 of the Holidays (Employees) Act. 1961 (No. 33 of 1961) hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961 (Commencement) Order, 1961. |
||
|
2. The 10th day of August, 1961, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Holidays (Employees) Act, 1961 (No. 33 of 1961), shall come into operation. |
||
