The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 2 of the Hospitals Federation and Amalgamation Act, 1961 (No. 21 of 1961), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Hospitals Federation and Amalgamation Act, 1961 (Establishment Day) Order, 1961. |
||
|
2. The sixth day of November, 1961, is hereby appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Hospitals Federation and Amalgamation Act, 1961 . |
||
|

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
In accordance with this Order, there will be established on 6th November, 1961, for the seven Dublin voluntary hospitals to which the Hospitals Federation and Amalgamation Act refers, a Central Council which will perform co-ordinating functions in relation to these hospitals. |
