AN BORD GRÁIN (ASSIGNMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNCTION) (No. 3) ORDER, 1962.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Function) (No. 3) Order, 1962.

2. There is hereby assigned to An Bord Gráin the function of purchasing and re-selling home-grown feed wheat harvested in the year 1962.
