COUNTY LAOIGHIS (DISPENSARY DISTRICTS) ORDER, 1962. |

The Minister for Health in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of Section 51 of the Health Act, 1953 (No. 26 of 1953) hereby orders as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the County Laoighis (Dispensary Districts) Order, 1962. |
||
|
2. The division of County Laoighis into dispensary districts shall be varied by the abolition of the Ballyroan Dispensary District and the addition of the area heretofore comprising the said Ballyroan Dispensary District to the Abbeyleix Dispensary District. |
||
|
3. This Order shall come into operation on the eighth day of January nineteen hundred and sixty-three. |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health this nineteenth day of December Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-two. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE |
||
|
The effect of this Order is to vary the division of County Laoighis into dispensary districts by the abolition of the Ballyroan dispensary district and the addition of the area heretofore comprising the Ballyroan dispensary district to the Abbeyleix dispensary district. |
