AN BORD GRÁIN (ASSIGNMENT OF ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1964.

I, PATRICK SMITH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 24 of 1958), and with the consent of the Minister for Finance hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Functions) (Amendment) Order, 1964.

2. The An Bord Gráin (Assignment of Additional Functions) Order, 1963 ( S.I. No. 160 of 1963 ), is hereby amended by--

(a) the insertion of "and importing and selling during the period commencing on the 7th day of May, 1964, and ending on the 31st day of July, 1964, feed wheat," before "in" in paragraph (a) of Article 2, and

(b) the insertion of "feed wheat," before "grain" in Article 3.
