AIR COMPANIES ACT, 1966 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1966.

AIR COMPANIES ACT, 1966 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1966.

I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 23 (2) of the Air Companies Act, 1966 (No. 4 of 1966), hereby order as follows :

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Companies Act, 1966 (Commencement) Order, 1966.

2. The thirtieth day of March, 1966, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Air Companies Act, 1966 (No. 4 of 1966), shall come into operation.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 24th day of March, 1966.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order brings the Air Companies Act, 1966 (No. 4 of 1966) into operation on the 30th March, 1966.
