I, ERSKINE H. CHILDERS, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947) (as amended by section 11 of the Customs-free Airport (Amendment) Act, 1958 (No. 29 of 1958) ), and the Transport, Fuel and Power (Transfer of Departmental Administration and Ministerial Functions) Order, 1959 ( S.I. No. 125 of 1959 ), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby make the following regulations : |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Extension of Laws) Regulations, 1967. |
||
2. The Control of Exports Order, 1966 ( S.I. No. 33 of 1966 ), in so far as it relates to aircraft and parts thereof, shall extend to the Customs-free Airport. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
The effect of these Regulations is to provide for the control of the exportation of aircraft and aircraft parts from the Customs-free Airport at Shannon to places other than Great Britain and Northern Ireland. |
