AN FORAS TALÚNTAIS (NOMINATION OF MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL BY AGRICULTURAL AND RURAL ORGANISATIONS) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1967. |

The Government in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (11) of Section 5 of the Agriculture (An Foras Talúntais) Act, 1958 (No. 1 of 1958), hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as An Foras Talúntais (Nomination of Members of the Council by Agricultural and Rural Organisations) (Amendment) Order, 1967. |
||
|
2. An Foras Talúntais (Nomination of Members of the Council by Agricultural and Rural Organisations) Order, 1958 ( S.I. No. 102 of 1958 ), is hereby amended by the substitution of " Irish Potato Marketing Co. Limited " for " Irish Eggs, Limited " in the Schedule. |

EXPLANATORY NOTE |

|
The Order substitutes Irish Potato Marketing Co. Limited for Irish Eggs, Limited in the list of agricultural and rural organisations which are entitled to nominate five persons to be members of the Council of An Foras Talúntais in accordance with Section 5 (8) of the Agriculture (An Foras Talúntais) Act, 1958. |
