PETROLEUM OILS (PROHIBITION OF EXPORT) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1971. |

I, BRIAN LENIHAN, T.D., Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 3 of the Fuels (Control of Supplies) Act, 1971 (No. 3 of 1971), hereby make the following order: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Petroleum Oils (Prohibition of Export) (Amendment) Order, 1971. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 31st day of March, 1971. |
||
3. The Petroleum Oils (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1971 ( S.I. No. 114 of 1971 ), is hereby amended by the insertion in paragraph 3 after "The export" of "(other than to Northern Ireland)". |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

The purpose of this order is to exclude exports to Northern Ireland from the scope of the Petroleum Oils (Prohibition of Export) Order, 1971 ( S.I. No. 114 of 1971 ). |
