HEALTH (DISQUALIFICATION OF OFFICERS AND SERVANTS) ORDER, 1971.

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by rule 8 (2) of the Second Schedule of the Health Act, 1970 (No. 1 of 1970) hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Disqualification of Officers and Servants) Order, 1971.

2. Rule 8 of the Second Schedule of the Health Act, 1970 , shall not apply to any class of officer or servant under health boards, other than the following classes of officer:

Chief Executive Officer,

Programme Manager,

Finance Officer,

Personnel Officer,

Planning and Evaluation Officer.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to exclude the following officers of health boards from being members of health boards:

Programme Manager,

Finance Officer,

Personnel Officer,

Planning and Evaluation Officer.
