AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS (RESTRICTION OF EXPORT) ORDER, 1972.

I, PATRICK J. LALOR, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), and the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 52 of 1956 ), as amended by the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Transfer of Powers) Order, 1956 (Amendment) Order, 1972 ( S.I. No. 209 of 1972 ), hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1972.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 12th day of October, 1972.

2. Part I of the Schedule to the Agricultural Products (Restriction of Export) Order, 1956 ( S.I. No. 56 of 1956 ), is hereby amended by the addition of:

"Lambskins and pieces of lambskins".

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

The effect of this Order is to enable the Minister for Industry and Commerce to control the export of lambskins and pieces of lambskins.
