VOCATIONAL EDUCATION ACT, 1930 (MISCELLANEOUS ORDERS AND REGULATIONS) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1973.

I, PÁDRAIG FAULKNER, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 60 and 125 of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (No. 29 of 1930), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Miscellaneous Orders and Regulations) (Revocation) Order, 1973.

2. This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1973.

3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

4. The following are hereby revoked--

( a ) the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Part V) (Principal Teachers' Returns) Regulations, 1938 (S.R. & O., No. 28 of 1938),

( b ) the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Part V) (Registers and Records) Regulations, 1938 (S.R. & O., No. 29 of 1938),

( c ) the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Part V) (Statutory Forms) Regulations, 1938 (S.R. & O., No. 33 of 1938),

( d ) the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Application of Part V to Cork City) Order, 1938 (S.R. & O., No. 12 of 1938),

( e ) the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Application of Part V to Limerick City) Order, 1942 (S.R. & O., No. 363 of 1942).

( f ) the Vocational Education Act, 1930 (Application of Part V to Waterford City) Order, 1946 (S.R. & O., No. 360 of 1946).

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order revokes the Regulations applying Part V of the Vocational Education Act, 1930 to Cork City, Limerick City and Waterford City.
