I, GERARD COLLINS, Minister for Posts and Telegraphs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 4 (1) of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 (No. 5 of 1972), hereby order as follows: |
||
1. This Order may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 (Period for the Purpose of Section 4) Order, 1973. |
||
2. The period of ninety days is hereby fixed for the purpose of Section 4 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1972 (No. 5 of 1972). |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
This Order fixes a period of 90 days (from the date of registration as a dealer) within which dealers must provide the Minister for Posts and Telegraphs with information about certain television set transactions which took place on or before 31 March, 1973 and for which payments are due on or after that date. |
