AN BORD BAINNE (DISSOLUTION) ORDER, 1975.

AN BORD BAINNE (DISSOLUTION) ORDER, 1975.

I, MARK CLINTON, Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1973 (No. 21 of 1973), hereby make the following order :

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the An Bord Bainne (Dissolution) Order, 1975.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 28th day of March, 1975.

2. The Board is hereby dissolved.

GIVEN under my Official Seal this 26th day of March, 1975.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order provides for the dissolution of the statutory Bord Bainne with effect as from 28 March, 1975.
