I, TOM FITZPATRICK, Minister for Transport and Power, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (2) of the Harbours Act, 1976 (No. 5 of 1976), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act, 1946 (Commencement of Part VII) (Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners) Order, 1977. |
||
|
2. The 25th day of May, 1977, is hereby appointed as the day on which Part VII of the Harbours Act, 1946 (No. 9 of 1946), shall come into operation in respect of the Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |
||
|
This Order brings into operation, in respect of the Bantry Bay Harbour Commissioners, Part VII of the Harbours Act, 1946 , which deals with finance and accounts of a harbour authority. |
