DISTRICT COURT AREAS (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1977.

I, PATRICK COONEY, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 26 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1953 (No. 32 of 1953), and after consultation with the President of the District Court, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the District Court Areas (Amendment) Order, 1977.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on 1st August, 1977.

2. In this Order "the Principal Order" means the District Court Areas (Amendment) Order, 1970 ( S.I. No. 161 of 1970 ).

3. The days and hours for holding the District Court in District Court Area No. 11 shall, in lieu of the days and hours specified in column (3) at reference number 11 in the Schedule to the Principal Order, be each Monday at 10.30 a.m. and each Friday at 10.30 a.m.

4. The place for holding the District Court in the District Court Area No. 10 shall, in lieu of the place specified in column (3) at reference number 10 in the Schedule to the Principal Order, be Trim.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order alters the existing provisions with regard to the place for the holding of sittings of the District Court in District Court District No. 10, and the days and times for the holding of sittings of the District Court in District Court District No. 11, during the month of August.
