I, SEOIRSE Ó COLLA, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 7 of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 (No. 21 of 1976), and after consultation with the Central Bank of Ireland, hereby make the following order:-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 (Commencement) Order, 1977. |
||
|
2. The 8th day of September, 1977, is hereby appointed as the day on which the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 (No. 21 of 1976), shall come into operation. |
||

EXPLANATORY NOTE. |

This Order appoints 8th September, 1977 as the date for the coming into operation of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (Financial Support Fund) (Agreement) Act, 1976 . The Act provides for the participation by Ireland in the Financial Support Fund established by the Agreement. |
