I, RAY MACSHARRY, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 3 (2) of the National Agricultural Advisory, Education and Research Authority Act, 1977 (No. 13 of 1977), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta (Nomination of Members of the Board) (Amendment) Order, 1980. |
||
|
2. An Chomhairle Oiliúna Talmhaíochta (Nomination of Members of the Board) Order, 1979 ( S.I. No. 270 of 1979 ), is hereby amended by the substitution in Article 4 (2) (d ) for "the 1st day of March, 1980" of "the 31st day of October, 1980". |
