STATE GUARANTEES ACT, 1954 (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER, 1980. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 9 of the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), hereby make the following order: |
||
|
1. (1) This Order may be cited as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Order, 1980. |
||
|
(2) The State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1978, and this Order may be cited together as the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (Amendment of Schedule) Orders, 1957 to 1980. |
||
|
2. The Schedule to the State Guarantees Act, 1954 (No. 9 of 1954), is hereby amended by the deletion in the second column thereof of "The Institute of Public Administration". |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 29th day of October, 1980. |
