WORKER PARTICIPATION (AER LINGUS TEORANTA/AERLÍNTE ÉIREANN TEORANTA) (NOMINATION DAY) REGULATIONS 1981

I, TOM NOLAN, Minister for Labour, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (2) of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977), hereby make the following regulations:--

1. These regulations may be cited as the Worker Participation (Aer Lingus Teoranta/Aerlínte Éireann Teoranta) (Nomination Day) Regulations, 1981.

2. The 19th day of March, 1981, is in relation to Aer Lingus Teoranta and Aerlínte Éireann Teoranta hereby appointed to be the nomination day for the purposes of the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 (No. 6 of 1977).

EXPLANATORY NOTE

These regulations appoint 19th March, 1981, as the day on which nominations of candidates at an election held under the Worker Participation (State Enterprises) Act, 1977 , in relation to Aer Lingus Teoranta/Aerlínte Éireann Teoranta shall be received by the returning officer.
