I, MICHAEL WOODS, Minister for Social Welfare, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 310 of the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (No. 1 of 1981), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (Commencement) Order, 1981. |
||
|
2. The Social Welfare (Consolidation) Act, 1981 (No. 1 of 1981), shall come into operation on the 28th day of February, 1981. |
||
